Skybourne was created with the vision to bring more affordable homes online as quickly as possible while simultaneously unlocking value in our clients’ lands through the entitlement process. Whereas other development professionals will approach the development process from the viewpoint of their specific training and discipline, we bring a uniquely holistic view to the project led only by the owner’s vision and goals for the project.

Meet the Skybourne Developments leaders
Ben Wong
Founder & Owner
Ben Wong is the owner and founder of Skybourne Developments Inc. He is passionate about his work and loves what he does. Ben is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and spent his early career in private practice as a real estate lawyer at a prominent Bay St. firm.
For the last 12 years Ben has successfully developed many housing communities throughout the GTA including Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill and Mississauga. Ben takes special pride in his attention to detail, his knowledge of the real estate space and his ability to develop integrated and creative solutions. Most importantly, Ben prides himself in his ability to provide honest and practical advice and develop long-term trusting relationships with his clients.
Frederick Tang
Acquisitions & Finance Lead
Fred is the Acquisitions & Finance Lead for Skybourne Developments Inc. Fred acquired his CPA, CA in 2004 and is in good standing. Spending years developing his business acumen and executing financial and operational initiatives across various industries, Fred started to narrow his focus on where his true interest lied: the construction and real estate industry.
Landing a role at a prominent GTA real estate developer, Fred acquired valuable experience in land acquisition, due diligence, establishing preliminary budgets, proforma feasibility review, land and construction Financing, Product Development & Design, Marketing management, etc. Fred now brings this unique skill set to Skybourne Developments Inc. where he hopes to add successful and impactful developments in his hometown of Toronto.
